Hughes terribly dislikes the sun in his eyes. In July, when we would walk around the orphanage playyard he would cry when the sunlight got in his eyes. That has not changed, so his aunt Kathy got him 4 pairs of child sunglasses. I occasionally have Hughes wear them to get accustom to them. We only have 5 months before our pool opens. We will be spending a lot of time outside for us to have issues with the sun. I hope this helps.
